Cancellation policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

For bookings during peak periods - e.g. festivals no fee will be charged if cancelled 1 week before date of arrival. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show the full booking will be charged.

For bookings of more than four rooms - no fee will be charged if cancelled 1 week before date of arrival. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show the full booking will be charged.

Children policy

• all children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding
• for children over 12 years there is a £10 supplement
